Functional Strength Training is our foundation level classes. 45 minutes, non-impact functional movements build total body strength, core control, joint stability, and prevent injury form vigorous sports and exercise. Functional Power Training builds on the foundation of strength by adding explosive power. 45 minutes, high impact exercises can be scaled to non-impact when needed. FUNctional Mix Training includes segments of Strength, Power, Cardio, and Core Training in less than 40 minutes.
High Intensity Interval Training is one of the most effective and efficient ways to transform your fitness. Only 30 minutes, twice a week will give you all this and more: max calorie burn in minimal time, fast improvements to your cardiovascular fitness (VO2), post-workout calorie burn, improved metabolism and hormonal function, fast-twitch muscle growth. SPRINT is HIIT on a bike- all the benefits of HIIT without any of the impact. GRIT is a high-impact, athletic HIIT workout designed to get you fit fast. Expect challenging, athletic movement variations such as burpees, mountain climbers, squat jumps, and more.
BODYPUMP develops total body muscular endurance through light-moderate weight and high repetition training. This 45 minute workout is easy on your joints and great for building muscle. Set to high energy music and led by a motivating coach, BODYPUMP is crowd-favorite! CORE is a 30 minute functional core training class that develops 360° core strength and control (Shoulders to hips, front, side, and back of the body). Improving the musculature around the center of the body can reduce lower back pain and prepare the body for other forms of exercise. This class pairs well with our other 30 minute programs, or can be done alone as an active recovery workout.
Glute Camp: Lower body progressive strength training with an emphasis on the glutes. Less than 40 minutes of targeted exercises will develop strong glutes- great for both form and function!!
STRETCH: This 30 minute mobility flow restores the body to a resting state and improves mobility for the hips and spine.
